Our Service allows you to upload and store digital assets including images, videos, documents (PDFs, Word documents, etc.), and audio files. We process these files to provide our Service features, including thumbnail generation, AI-powered tagging, AI-generated descriptions, text extraction, and metadata extraction.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information
When you access our Service, we automatically collect certain information, including: IP address, browser type and version, device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), operating system, pages visited and features used, time and date of visits, and referring website.

2.5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

4. AI Processing

We use Google Gemini to provide AI-powered features such as tagging, descriptions, and text extraction. Your content is processed by these services solely to deliver the requested features. Your uploaded content is not used to train AI models and is not retained by AI service providers for training purposes.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service. These providers currently include: Wasabi (file storage), SendGrid (email communications), Cloudflare Stream (video processing), InterTech (hosting), Cloudflare (web application firewall and security), Twilio (SMS notifications), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Gemini (AI processing). This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change as we update our service providers to better serve you.
We may also share information with Google Ads for marketing and advertising purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we will delete your account data, uploaded content, usage logs, and backups within 30 days.

You have the following rights regarding your information: you may access and view your personal data through your account settings; you may update or correct your personal data at any time; you may export your data and download your uploaded files; and you may delete individual files through your account.
